Credit Policy : Any claim for a short delivery, incorrect goods or price adjustment must be made within 7 days of invoice date direct to our customer service department in writing. All damaged and faulty goods must be advised with 7 days from invoice date to your Ikon Collectables Representative who will approve your credit claim for processing. A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is required fro replacement products and credits. Products cannot be returned without a RAN. |
