Shipping Methods

Ikon Collectables uses StarTrack Express for delivery services. At our discretion and where certain circumstances are met, we may dispatch orders to select Melbourne suburbs via Josie's Transport or nationally via Australia Post.
Under no circumstances do we allow customers to organise their own courier service, nor do we allow for customers to pick up orders in person.
We do not drop-ship.

 

Shipping Times

Please be aware that once your order is placed, it takes time to process before being sent to our warehouse for picking, packing and dispatch. Our average dispatch time is two (2) business days, though please be aware that during busy periods (particularly the holiday period), this time will extend, regardless of how much we attempt to compensate for it.
If you require your order for a specific event, please contact your assigned sales account manager in advance, generally two (2) weeks or more is advisible to avoid disappointment, espcially if you intend to trade at one of the large popular culture conventions.

 

Missed delivery

Our shipping process is handled by third party courier services. If, for any reason, you are not at the designated delivery premises during normal shipping hours (Weekdays, 9am to 5.30pm), or if you refuse delivery, you will be liable for all further delivery and handling charges that arise from organising the delivery or pickup of your items from a local depot. We have no choice but to pass these charges on and they will be applied to your account immediately.

 

Return for Credit Policy

Any claim for a short delivery, incorrect goods or price adjustment must be made within seven (7) days of invoice date directly to your assigned sales account manager in writing, who will then advise you of the return process and your Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Products cannot be returned without a RAN.
